Our Returns Promise

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. All items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In original packaging with tags attached
  • In resalable condition (free from odors, stains, or damage)
Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on bikini bottoms, bikini tops, bikini sets, and bikinis unless they arrive defective or incorrect. Please inspect these items immediately upon delivery.

How to Return or Exchange

Follow these steps to initiate your return or exchange:

  1. Submit Your Request: Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of delivery using our template below
  2. Wait for Authorization: We’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions
  3. Package Your Items: Securely repackage with original tags and include your order number
  4. Ship Your Return: Send to our Wolverhampton address using a trackable service

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked service as we cannot be responsible for lost returns.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Timing: Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receipt
  • Method: Funds will be returned to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Deductions: Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Note: International refunds may take additional time to appear in your account depending on your bank.

Exchange Process

For size exchanges on cycling jerseys, bib shorts, or climbing trousers:

  1. Follow the standard return process
  2. Clearly state your desired size in your return request
  3. We’ll ship the replacement item once we receive your return

Exchanges are subject to availability. If your preferred size is out of stock, we’ll issue a refund or store credit.
