Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Shipping Methods
- Standard Shipping (£12.95): Delivered via DHL or FedEx within 10-15 business days after dispatch
- Free Shipping: Available on orders over £50, delivered via EMS within 15-25 business days after dispatch
Note: We currently cannot ship to certain Asian countries and remote locations. You’ll see shipping restrictions during checkout if they apply to your address.

Our Returns Promise
We stand behind every stitch of our performance apparel. If your gear doesn’t meet your expectations, we offer a straightforward returns process:
- Return Window: 15 days from delivery date
- Condition Requirements:
- Unworn and unwashed
- Original packaging with tags attached
- Resalable condition (free from odors, stains, or damage)
Important Hygiene Notice: For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on swimwear items including bikini bottoms, bikini tops, bikini sets, and bikinis unless they arrive defective or incorrect. Please inspect these items immediately upon delivery.
How to Return or Exchange
- Submit Your Request: Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of delivery using our return request template below
- Wait for Authorization: We’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions
- Package Your Items: Securely repackage with original tags and include your order number
- Ship Your Return: Send to our Wolverhampton address using a trackable service
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We strongly recommend using a tracked service as we cannot be responsible for lost returns.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Timing: Refunds processed within 5 business days of receipt
- Method: Funds returned to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Deductions: Original shipping fees are non-refundable
Note: International refunds may take additional time to appear in your account depending on your bank.
Exchange Process
For size exchanges on cycling jerseys, bib shorts, or climbing trousers:
- Follow the standard return process
- Clearly state your desired size in your return request
- We’ll ship the replacement once we receive your return
Exchanges are subject to availability. If your preferred size is out of stock, we’ll issue a refund or store credit.
