• Free Shipping: Available on orders over £50, delivered via EMS within 15-25 business days after dispatch

5.2 Shipping Restrictions

We currently cannot ship to certain Asian countries and remote locations. Shipping restrictions will be displayed during checkout if applicable to your address.

5.3 Delivery Issues

While we carefully package all orders, please inspect items immediately upon delivery. Report any shipping damage within 48 hours to [email protected].

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items in original packaging with tags attached. Exceptions:

• Swimwear (bikini bottoms, tops, sets, and bikinis) cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless defective or incorrect
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable

6.2 Return Process

2. Wait for our authorization and return instructions
3. Package items securely with original tags and order number
4. Ship to our Wolverhampton address using a trackable service
